Product testing, qualification, and manufacturing are done in our state-of-the-art in-house lab facilities.

How Do We Do It?

Datec materials are broadly compatible because of our low processing temperature (under 400°C) that allows our heater circuits to be deposited on materials like aluminum and aluminum alloys with low melting temperatures.

The inherent flexibility of the heater microstructure also allows heaters to be deposited on substrates with high CTE (Coefficient of Thermal Expansion).
